between the lines

hello friends,
it’s the fourth prompt of #NovemberNotes challenge and i am here with my fourth prompt
i am late due to reasons “unexplained” (too many) 
i.e. a poem prompt inspired by the song title “Between the Lines by Sara Bareilles”.

i wrote this poem to remind me of the song “Between the Lines by Sara Bareilles“.

love is a strange riddle
a mystery of emotions in fiddle
truths are hidden in the twiddle
love is to read each other in the middle.

love has blindfolded me in devotion
buried the feelings in grave of emotions
words creeps my mind like dusts in air motions
read me between the lines to feel the potions.

you are an impossible hold
but i want to dig your gold
just don’t hide your feelings behind
and lip your emotions inside confined.

i can read you between the lines
slam the words out of you to shine
i am infected by you and your divine
can we please talk and solve this crime?
