it’s the twelfth day of a-z challenge and i am here with my twelfth prompt
i.e. a poem with the letter ‘l’ in it most. also the title is all ‘l-l’.

♥ lonely love ♥

what is love, to be with you or be without
love is happiness being with you throughout
love is pain being alone in nostalgia pout
i am lonely to feel your legends in drought.

love is to feel birds chirping and singing
myriad colors of flowers in spring glowing
summer in warm essence is silently flowing
my heart cries alone to die in pain blowing.

night is calm, a star shining light like mine
locked in the room of loneliness, can’t define
we were as one but now left in desolate pine
i am empty and alone in the dark to decline.

i sit and stare the stars, her beauty in mind
i am alone being blind, she left me confined
i close my eyes, she comes along intertwined
tears runs my cheeks to remind my love whined.

hope is broken, i walk alone with love as token
love has surrounded me in pain, my soul is woken
my mind is spinning being alone, i am unspoken
i taste my tears to feel my presence is stolen.

i feel cold clouded in pain, blurred vision lane
alone and paralyzed, tingling truth in curtain
teardrops of love melts me, i cry in mundane
her name is on my lips to shed tears fountain.

i like to hold my love, breathing without pain
i bleed holding a gun being lonely in love rain.
